About:China Train

Hello,

On August 17th I would like to travel from Shanghai to Wuhan by the apparently new fast train. Is this already possible and is there anyway to book a train ticket in advance?
Hope somebody acn help me with this issue.

hello! Dieter,
There are four trains from Shanghai to Hankou railway station in Wuhan daily. The tickets will go on sale nine days before the departure day. You can go directly to the ticket office in Shanghai Railway Station or through a travel agent. There are also many tickets offices scattered in the city of Shanghai.
