There are four tea markets in Shanghai. You can find what you want there. Tianshan (520, WestZhongshan Rd), Da'ning (1898, GongheXin Road, Zhabeｉ), Manchuntang (Pushan Rd, West Zhijian Rd) and Jiuxing (Caobao Rd, Minhang) are good place to see more shops.
