Since HongKong don't offer flight to HongQiao airport, if I need to go from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport, is that difficult?

It is very easy, there are regular shuttle buses from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport every 30-45 minutes. The transfer takes about 1-1.5 hours, so I suggest you have enough time left to connect the flights.
