About:Embassy of Ecuador in China

Please, I need to speak with somebody at the embassy who knows English. The Ambassador Mr. Washington Hago does not speak English nor Chinese. Is there any contact for the consul or any other member of the Embassy who can talk in English？？ Please I do not want to talk with a secretary. I need to find a way to talk about visa issues.

Dear Mr. Allison, I am in Shanghai and Beijing. I do not live in Iran. I heard there is a consul of Ecuador in Shanghai but I can not find his contact, the address of the consulate nor his name or number. In Beijing, I need to find info about other members of the embassy of Ecuador ....the ambassador never replies, he seems not to understand english or Chinese...Ｉ　ｄｏ　ｎｏｔ　ｗａｎｔ　ｔｏ　ｔａｌｋ　ｗｉｔｈ　ｓｅｃｒｅｔａｒｉｅｓ　ａｎｙｍｏｒｅ．　Ｐlease help!
