About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,

I contacted the Numbers Mr. Austin replied to my entry but it's impossible to get thru their lines. No One's answering.

Anyways, can i just know the basic requirements for first time applicant of PROC Passport then? thanks!

Please kindly advise if your are Chinese nationality?
If so, you have to provide your Chinese ID card, a ful-filled passport application form attached with your recent taken photo to apply for the passport.
Meanwhile, the Chinese embassy in philippines may also require other documents. SO you'd better contact them for exact info..
