About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Dear Sir / Madam,

In relation to the business F visa for attending short term business meeting in China, here is my current status and have a few questions.

1. I hold an India passport.
2. I hold a Belgium work permit and my residence permit is still in the process now.
3. I received both invitation letter (in English) from the inviting unit in China and the visa notification letter/telegram from the authorized unit (in Chinese). Due to my nationality, the visa notification letter/telegram from the authorized unit is mentioned a single entry request but invitation letter (in English) from the inviting unit in China is requested for multiple entries.
4. I applied several multiple entries for Business F visa (multiple entries) and Z visa (multiple entries) in the past 5 years. I worked in China from 2007 till 2009. Now, I moved to Belgium due to the business needs.

Question:

Am I eligible to file the business F visa application at the consulate in Belgium for multiple entries?
With the overseas commitments and tight schedule, I seek your kind understanding and accept my application for multiple entries. I have all other necessary documents and am ready to visit the consualte to file the application. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance in this matter.

You still need a truely and completely ful-filled multi-entry visa application form attached with a visa-sized photo.
