About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I would like to apply for China Multi-Entry Visa with 6-months Validity.Can I send someone on behalf of me to apply for this application?

Hi,
I would like to apply for China Multi-Entry Visa with 6-months Validity.
Can I send someone on behalf of me to apply for this application?
If can, what is the requirements and documentations should I submit?
Should I issue the Authorization Letter for the person in charge on behalf of me (runner) to apply for this application?

If you cannot go to the embassy personally, you may send someone else or a travel/visa agent to come to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate-General where you reside for application processes.
As for for the documents, it depends on your travel purpose. Would you please kindly advise it? I mean you will go to China for visit or business?
