About:Chinese Embassy in Mongolia

I have to leave china to change my L visa to 1 month F visa. I have invitation letter. Is it possible to use the china embassy in Mongolia to change my visa in 1 or two days? if so, how much? thx

You can change your visa by exiting from China. It would be easy to convert the visa in Hong Kong, I assume.
