About:Chinese Embassy in Latvia

Hello!
Is thear a Latvian Embassy in Xian?
And what kind of insurance do I need to stay in Xian for 1 year and longer?

No, the Embassy of Latvian in China is located in Beijing. By the way, could you please kindly advise what you will do in Xian for one Year or longer time?

Hello!
I realy need your advice fast as possible!
Im cirkus artist and I get invitation from the China,for the festival!But problem is about my visa!Becouse Im working right now in Germany,in cirkus and they dont wonna make me visa here with out residence ,but my work cant give me this papers!
Is it possible if I send my passport,CV forms and letter from China to Riga and my husband will do everything!Thank you!
