About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Hi,
I am a US citizen, residing in Ukraine. I would like to arrange a one year, multi-entry visa for China for travel beginning July 3rd, 2009. I am a previous, multi-entry visa holder (2006). Can I arrange this by my target date at the embassy, and do I need any additional documents (invite letter or other?)? Thanks.
Chris

Yes, you may need a invitation letter from the authorized Chinese unit. Meanwhile, you need to submit an acutual proof of apply the multi-entry visa.
For details, you need to contact the Chinese embassy in Ukrine.

I was told as I am not a resident of Ukraine, the embassy will not accept my application for a visa. Is this true? Can you recommend an agency, preferably in Kiev, which could supply an invitation letter and apply for the visa? Thanks.
