Dunhuang Hotel was opened to business in as early as 1978. It was assessed as a 4 star-rated hotel in Dunhuang in 2001. There are four buildings in total to suit different needs of different tourists or different budget, that is South Building, North Building, the VIP Guest houses and Building No. 8.0
