HI..！IM MISS SHERRIE A PHILIPPINE PASSPORT HOLDER..IM JUST NEW HERE IN CHINA AND WOKING HERE IN BEIJING.I ALREADY STAY HERE ALOMOST 5MONTHS.. AND I HAVE A PROBLEM NOW COZ..IM ALREADY OVER STAY FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH  AND I THINK ITS NOT MY FAULT COS THE AGENCY WHOM I GIVE MY PASSPORT TO PROCESS MY VISA JUST CALL ME LAST WEEK THAT HE CANT PROCESS..SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW..AND ANOTHER PROBLEM WAS MY PASSPORT IS A NEW PHILIPPINE PASSPORT SO IM THINKING MAYBE IF I GO BACK TO MY PLACE OF ORIGIN I THINK THE CHINA GOVERNMENT CANT ALLOW ME TO ENTER CHINA AGAIN.?PLS...HELP ME MA'AM SIR WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW..COS MY COMPANY WANT ME TO COME BACK AGAIN..THANKS..A LOT..IM WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY..

Contact your embassy in Beijing for help.

If thats the agent fault holding your passport for long time you must first go to the Beijing exit and entry department and mention the story to them clearly with prove so they can issue you short term visa here if not its a punishment if you over stay a visa as you know that very well . And your agent he /she must write a letter to say that he was holding your passport and this is what makes you over stay .without any prove its hard for you .
