Hi, im studying in chengdu. i lost my passport last week. i have already booked my air ticket to go to Sri Lanka for the 5th of July for a two month vacation. What is the procedure to get a new passport? One of my friend told me that i can get a temporary travel document instead of a new passport and get my passport done in Sri lanka, if so what is the procedure to get the document?
Do i have to come to bejing to get my passport or the travel document?
