About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I am an Israeli citizen that wants to apply for a chinese transit visa in tokyo, japan. is it possible? otherwise, is it possiblefor me to get a regular chinese visa in tokyo?

Yes, you can apply for a China transit visa from the Chinese embassy in Tokyo.

Schreiber: You can only apply for Chinese visa with a passport which shows the stamp of your PR status if applying in Japan. If you want to use your Italian passport, you need to change the status of your citizenship in your Gaijin Card to read Italian rather than American. they do not write 2 nationalities on it. To change your PR visa sticker from one passport to another is very easy. I did mine in 10 minutes. Otherwise, the only place you can apply Chinese visa in your Italian passport will be in EU or Italy.
