About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Excuse me, i have one more question
does my mom need medical certificate to get the visa?
and can she apply for the visa online?

For L visa Application, medical certificate is not required.
I'm afraid your mother have to go to the Chinese embassy for her application in person , or she could entrust a relative, a travel/visa agent to apply the visa for her.
