Will you start from Xinxiang or Zhengzhou. Firstly, you have to arrive at Xinxiang and then take the direct bus to Baligou in front of the Xinxiang Hotel. Please note that the last bus leaves at 08:30.

If you miss the bus, you have to take bus from Xinxiang Railway Station to reach Huixian and then transfer to Baligou. There are frequent buses departing from Huixian. The totally fare should no more than 20RMB.

The bus terminal of Baligou is located at Songshuping where you could purchase a ticket, the fare is 35RMB. After getting a ticket, you could take the tour special bus (2RMB) to reach the Baligou Waterfall.
