About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

So if i apply just for a chinese tourist visa in Japan, how long will be my tourist visa valid for?
Is Tokyo the only place in japan to apply for a chinese visa?

You mean the enter before or the duration of your stay after entry?
Yes, only Tokyo has Chinese embassy.
