1. His passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.

2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.

3. Round-trip air ticketand Hotel reservation.
4. His bank statement in the recent three months.
As for the invitation letter, you can write one for him enclosed with your address, name and valid contacts.
