Hello good people again

As I am coming first week of July and I did not book any Hotel yet, I am getting bit worry...what I really want know how you can book hotel if you dont want book it online? as, people close to me have a bad experience buying stuff online... I dont want put my Viza card details online....so, can any one here advice me how else I can book budget hotel? as, I am going to stay Guangzhou only two weeks, I want stay budget Hotels close to the Centre & shopping centres.I find few online like (East (Asia Hotesl,v8 ziyuangang) etc...can I just go to this Hotels with out booking in advance?or this is a risk?.incase they are full can any one please tell me more Budget Hotels same area?...Thank You
