To Mr. Adel. No ferry boat available at that time(12:55pm), it is too late. You can only take the shuttle bus to Hong Kong city center and change buses to Huanggang custom. The border is open 24 hours. Then get to Shenzhen after passing through Huanggang. Generally, the ferry from HK airport to Fuyong Port of Shenzhen Aiport will take 50 minute and the ticket fare is about 170 HKD.
