About:Guangzhou Weather

It will be my first time travelling to china for a holiday in Guangzhou, I will be there from July 13th to July 23rd 2009, what type of weather can I expect? also does anyone know the best place for me to purchase computers?

The weather is hot if it is sunny. About 30-35C. It may have showers.
For place to buy computer, suggest you to buy at large eletronic product market. Guangzhou ELectronic City in Xidi Er Ma Lu and markets around.

Hi Vickie
I have visited GZ twice as my wife is from there. My Chinese nephew took me to large electronics market as wanted to buy a laptp.However, I found the prices about same as Australia, and there is the problem of warranty coverage.GZ is a great city, but do not carry a lot of money with you on outings. Just what you need.

Hi,
ask for the President Hotel. It is adjacent to the biggest computer market in China and opposite the Guangzhou Entertainment Center.The Guangzhou East Railway Station (HongKong-Guangzhou) is also very close to this hotel. It is a tall building with a big sign in blue ( 20 stories or so).
I Always buy from there and have had no problems till date
