dear sir/mdm, i'm a singaporean now in china.. i've been in and out of china frequantly, i had an accident here in china n was bedded in hospital for sometime n i loss my passport here somewhere. due to the accident i just lately got my memorises back , it took me a few years, firstly i thought i was chinese but then i notice i can speak very fluant english but can't read chinese.. oneday i meet a person who knew me from somewhere sometime ago.. now i'm afraid to go to the embassy or the local police .. i've no passport and any thing to recongnize my indentity. please will you help me in this situation.. thank you.
