About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Dear

How can I get application form for single visit visa? and where? I am Korean and stay in Netherlands.
Should I go myself to Embassy or my wife can do it for me?

You can get the application form form the official embassy website of the country you want to visit.
Some countried requires the applicants to process it in person, some not, and it also depends on what visa you will apply.
