Where can I find the bus to go to Sanniangwan beach in Qinzhou downtown?

You can get to Qinzhou Bus Terminal in Mujing Rd which is not far away from the railway station. Buses to Sanniangwan can br found there. Buses are feparting every half a hour. :)
