I HAVE THE INTENTION OF TRAVELLING TO CHINA FOR A BUSINESS, AND I LIVE HERE IN SPAIN. AND I HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AS REQUIRED BY YOUR EMBASSY FOR ISSUING OF CHINESE VISA. BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF IT CAN BE POSSIBLE TO PROCESS ONLY THE VISA HERE IN SPAIN, AND I FLY FROM NIGERIA. IF SO ENLIGHTING ON THE PROCEDURES. THANKS
