Thanks Dan for the response about my son's visa which expires on 2nd Sept 2009. However iam wondering why the Chinese Embassy treated it thus since the study documents we submitted clearly indicate that registration is between 24th -27th Sept 2009!!!. We also indicated our travel date as 22nd Sept 2009!!!What do you advise us to do now because he cant travel that early. Is it our fault that we applied for the visa early???Please advise kindly

How had this happended? Maybe you can re-apply for the visa.
