Frankly, it is very difficult to choose one from these two wonderfull places. If you have children together, I think Disneyland may give them much happy although it is smaller than the Disneyland in Japan. In the oceanpark, besides of the cute animals, there are some very good activities both for children and adults. So, the final decision should be on you~
