About:Hong Kong Bus

Is there a local bus going from the airport to tsim sha tsui at around 11pm? if there is, what is the bus name/ number?

Yes, there is~ The citybus N21 runs from the airport to the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui at 00:20, 00:40, 00:58, 01:00. Or the bus A21 to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station at Nathan Road from 23:00~00:00. It may meet your needs
