Hi, I am going to work in China. What should I do? Medical check up? Visa Applications?

You are required to present the following documents:
1. An actual passport, which must have a minimum of 6 month remaining validity and enough blank visa pages
2. A duly filled application form with a passport-sized photo( 2*2 inches)
3. Visa notification sheet issued from authorized Chinese organization
4. Work Permit issued by the Minitry of Labour and Social Affairs of P.R.C
5. If you intend to work in China for over one year, a Physical Examination Form for Foreigners is also needed.0
