There are through trains between Tianshan and Lhasa. You should go from Tianshui to Lanzhou first and then go to Lhasa from Lanzhou by train. The Trains No.T22, T222, T27, K264, T164 and K917 can take you from Lanzhou to Lhasa. The trip costs about 27 hours. The hard seat ticket is CNY242; the soft seat ticket is CNY383; the hard sleeper ticket is CNY410/423/438; the soft sleeper ticket is CNY642/671.
