About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Hi, I'm planning on travelling through china for 10 days in August. I hold an Australian passport and my partner holds an EU passport, she is currently on a tourist visa in Australia. What visa should we apply for and how so? Are we able to include our applications in the same postage?
