The best time to visit the Red Beach is from September to the middle of October. During this time, you have a chance to see the beach in red color. The red color comes from a kind of grass that can grow in saline and alkaline soil. It’s said that the transportation from downtown Panjin to the Red Beach is not convenient. You may take a taxi to get there. The taxi fare is around 70 Chinese yuan.
