Sir/Ma'am

I am legal working here in china, I would like to invite my wife and son to come here, I notice the requirements they need to provide, just only the proof of relative relationship. I would like to know if I send the copy of my passport and visa to them, and I want to know if also my working permit(brown book) too. Thanks!
