About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello everyone,

I am having some confusions in applying visa for my 5-month old daughter to be accompanied by my sister-in-law. I just want to know of what are the requirements needed in taking their visa. is it possible to have them the dependent visas? Anyways, I've been working here for almost 3 yrs. Please help to know what to prepare. You can help me by e-mailing me thru yahoo.com|ychel_2004. Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks very much.

Sincerely,
Ritchel

Mrs Ritchel, for your daughter, it's easy. She can apply for a Z visa as accompanying family members. For your sister-in-law, she may be eligible for only a short-stay visa (say L visa). Usually, Z visa (for accompanying)is only issued to the immediate family members
