About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

hi

For geting z visa for accompanying family member(wife ,two kids 6 ,3 old) in china embassy in iran,which documant need?
i have all document such as marriage certificate,birth certitificate ...and their approvment, i mean need any medical test in iran and legal invitation from china

For applying for Z visa, the Physical Examination Report for Foreigners and the Visa Notification Letter from an authorized Chinese Organization are required. The evidence of kinship ( marriage certificate, birth certificate) is also needed.
