About:Yinchuan

I am a Nepali citizen working in Nepal Airlines. I wish to visit Hong Kong as a tourist for 3/4 days.
What are the documents I need for the visa?
Does it makes any difference if i have traveled to Hong Kong in the past.
I have traveled there with my mom 15 years back when i was a child as a dependent with My mother. Do I need to submit the copy of that older passport also?
