About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

I'm travelling to Hong Kong with my familiy for holidays and would like to visit Macao and take 2 seperate day trips across to Shenzen. We dont plan on staying the night in Shenzen.
Do we require a double entry visa to do this? I have a Apec card do I require a visa or is my Apec card sufficent? Please advise as I need this soon travelling in 3 weeks time.
