i'm travelling to hong kong with my familiy for holidayswould like to visit macao

I'm travelling to Hong Kong with my familiy for holidays and would like to visit Macao and take 2 seperate day trips across to Shenzen. We dont plan on staying the night in Shenzen.Do we require a double entry visa to do this? I have a Apec card do I require a visa or is my Apec card sufficent? Please advise as I need this soon travelling in 3 weeks time.
