hi to all!I am a filipina and worked here in shanghai for 4 years holding a working visa. Anyone know how to apply a police clearance here in shanghai because I badly needed it for my visa application going to canada. And one more thing, Should I need to apply my visa for canada in beijing? or it is ok If I pass my application here in shanghai. pls help me!

You should go to the nearest police station to your domicile to get a police clearance report. Yo need to apply for your visa in person. The embassy does not accept mail application.
