How do we go about paying for visa applications by mail?

You should enclose the Visa fee and Handling fee ($10.00 per package) in the pre-paid, self-addressed return envelope. Only CASH, BANK CHEQUE, COMPANY CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER is acceptable. And the "payee" should be CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA IN MELBOURNE
