The factory which is going to send me INVITATION in their factory latterhHead pad with their Company Seal and Authorized Persons Sign is not OK??!!
Pls condirm and clear me.

Hi! Mr.Aleem, the authorized agency means an authorized Chinese Government Department or Government-authorized company. I don't know whether the factory is authorized or not. The invitation letter from the factory in China is Ok if the factory is wellknown in China. Otherwise, the factory should apply for an Invitation Letter from an authorized Chinese Government Department, such as Committe of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, Office of Foreign Affaires.
