About:Dual Nationality

i have chinese citinzenship presently living in malta. my husband got the legal seperation from me 2 months ago. will i be deported back to china or i still can live in malta?

Have you got the Green Card of Malta? How long have you been in Malta? I just want to know whether legal separation equals divorce?

i've been in malta for 5 yrs with my visa i have the green card. no legal seperation is not equal to divorce. malta does not have divorce. but my husband now will began the case for annulament which is equal to divoce..

Hi, my advice is you need to consult the related goverment of malta or get some help from the Chinese embassy in malta!
