I will visit China in the late May and early June in 2009, I would appreciate if who could advise me on the weather condition during my visit and what kind of clothing do I need to bring. I will go to Beijing,Yangtze River and Shanghai. I know it is rather warm but will be otherwise on the Yangtze cruise?

Travelling in the late May and early June will be a little bit hot. But I think you may dress at your ease, say, bring some T-shirts, pants and skirts. For some special occasion, like the Captain's Welcome party on the cruise, it's better to dress formally than usual.
