Dear Sirs,
kindly would like to be informed: Is there any limited time or period to visit Lhasa by train, starting Beijing, for roughly 5 days? I envisaged this trip for March 2010.
Best regards
Winfried Oehler

Dear Winfried Oehler, it is no problem for you to enter Tibet in March by train, however, it would be better to visit there in April. March in Tibet is considerably colder than in other places in China. I would like to remind you that the foreign travellers are not allowed to visit Tibet without a travel agency. You may find a travel agency to arrange you the tour in Tibet.
