Dr. Ram Chavan,
Dear Chinese Consular Department in India!
Can you please suggest, how do I, Indian citizen need to obtain Chinese visa from India (Mumbai) as I want attent "The 17th Symposium on Chironomidae will be held at Nankai University in Tianjin, China, during July 6-10, 2009. It is sponsored by the Life Science College, Nankai University.

An F visa is needed for attending conference in China. The required documents are as follow:
1. An actual passport with a minimum of six month validity left and enough blank visa pages left
2. A passport-style photo attached to a duly-filled application form
3. An invitation letter or visa notification form from an authorized Chinese organization
