I AM DOING BUSINESS IN CHINA I WANA OPEN MY COMPANY IN JAPAN SO HOW CAN I OPEN MY COMPANY THERE PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT DOCUMENTS NEED THANKS

It's a big question. You should go to Japan in person to do the market research first. Then contact the local business administration department to get your business registered.
