About:China City Guide

I would like to go Hongkong from Ghuanzhou, Can I go by Bus or Train ? How much will be fare and time taken? Will immigration allow me to enter hong kong as I am from India on business trip to china?
What will be the validity of Visa? I will stary for 2 nights and return to Ghunzhou to catch a flight for India? You information will be highly appreciated

Hi, Farooq, as i know you should have visa to enter Hong Kong. You can apply for the travel visa at Guangzhou. Direct buses and trains are all available at Guangzhou. Manu hotels have though buses to Hong Kong. Guangzhou East Railway Station has train to Kowllon Hung Hom Station. Ticket fare is about 190HKD arrive within two hours. Good luck~

Thanks for your reply. But If we go by AIR, we get visa on Arrival. I am from India and want to go for 2 days and want to come Back to CANTON to catch a flight
Is visa granted instantly or have to apply in advance

As I know, Hong Kong requires none-visa for valid Indian passport holders, so seems u don't have to apply for a HK visa/ However, when you return to Guangzhou from HK, please make sure that your visa allows you to enter into China mainland again. In this sense, you at least need a twice-entry China visa/
