Does anyone know if there's a bus or easier way to get to Qingdao Railway Station from the Qingdao Airport?

Yes, Bus 305 can take you to the railway station. Make sure to the bus driver that you are not likely to be Sifang Railway Station which is also in this bus route. Airport bus can take you to Huatian Hotel and then you can change a taxi to the destination. Hope it is helpful.
