If I am going to take Dongchong Xiacao to back to the United States? Should I declare the Customs? How much tax will I give?

Honestly speaking, customs is a very confusing problem for many cross-border tourists.After all, Dongchong Xiacao is a very special Chinese medicine. I think you'd better require the airport and the customs office in the airport.
