About:China Embassy in Thailand

Can I apply in bankok for a F visa with my Dutch nationality?
I have all the forms I need for an F visa, But I'm not sure if I can apply with a non Thai nationality!?

Are you holding a valid Thai visa or residence permit? To apply for a China F visa outside your home country, you are required to show either of the two documents besides the basic required documents.
