how can i make a Ticket booking on z19 & z20

Hi, Mr.iranga, you may contact the ticket office or go to the train station in Beijing directly to get tickets on train Z19. And for train ticket of Z20, you may get it in Xian. Usually the tickets will be issued 10 days prior to the departure date.

You can buy the train ticket at Beijing Railway Station or satellite ticket offices in the city. Please note that a service charge of RMB5.00 is required per ticket from these offices.

Alternatively, I suggest you book the train ticket from your hotel.
